What information we acquire or knowledge we attain, we are the first to get and must learn and understand the information, before we can educate someone else. Giving someone information is not teaching, it's knowing how to effectively communicate the information so that the person understands and puts into practice the information shared, when they get it, then you know you have communicated the information effectively.

Worship
"Worship God not only in the temple, but also in your temple."
A building is a place we often gather together to worship God, we give praise and adoration, we applaud God for His blessings. But do we applaud Him for the temple; which is our bodies that He has given us, properly caring for the body as well as we do a building. We can do so by making sure we carefully maintain the proper hygiene, right nutrition and exercise so that we can prevent health issues or perhaps reverse them, we need to be physically fit to carryout the will of God for our lives. Not only is it important to maintain and worship God in a building but it is equally important to do the same with your body, be careful how you treat it, where to take it, who you submit it to. Remember you are bought with a price give praise and honor to God in your body; which is his temple, show God that you appreciate what He has blessed you with. Remember talk is cheap but action speaks louder than words. CAD
